Helping the nerds

In English, there is no good term to describe the phenomenon that is quite prevalent in Asia, except the general term “nerd” or “geek”. In Japanese it’s called Otaku. These are guys who lack social skills, avoid social contact but instead indulge themselves in a world of digital entertainment. Perhaps there is no exact definition and the boundaries are never clearly defined. Some guys might not be that extreme, but nevertheless they have something in common – they suck at dating. It’s not that they’re not smart. I know a guy who graduated with a Master Degree from UC Berkeley and he looks…normal. Not bad, huh? But he crashes and burns every time he approaches a girl. He fails every single time. In one case, the girl even refuses to have any kind of further contact with him. She doesn’t even want him as a friend. How miserable!

We are guys that are smooth with women. (Smooooooth, you hear me?) We are popular, and often, girls approach us. We look alright, perhaps not exactly Brad Pitt. But skills are more important and skills are what we have! This project aims to help you nerds, you guys can do better than this!

If you don’t like what we said, it’s your problem, don’t come to us. If you’re not a nerd (well nerds don’t ever admit, do they) and have things to say, then say it, post your comment. If you want to challenge us, fine, but we’re too busy to deal with you, you’d better save it. We are multi-lingual, and we write so. If you can’t comprehend what we wrote, it’s also your problem, not ours.

We simply hope to help a few poor souls out there.
